Not necessarily a classic 'line' but the part in Heart of Gold where Mal is giving the crew the option to join or stay on the ship. Don't remember the exact wording, but Jayne opts out. Mal says "They're whores", without a beat Jayne says "I'm in". Perfect comedy timing!

or that's how i heard it anyway....some people have told me he used the word " cod "...... but sounds like to cock to me
in a related humorous moment on the Daily Show last night....Jon Stewart, while commenting on the Chinese president, Hu Jintao, (visiting the White House), and the heckler who interrupted Hu's remarks, said that later on in his speach Mr. Jintao replyed to the lady...."hey, I don't come down to where you work and slap the dick out of your mouth...."

How did I miss this thread before? Every line is sooo funny! But here's one of my absolute favorite Jayne moments - OoG, the Mal/Zoe hold up/flashback...

I still LOL at that, every gorram time I watch it!
