Well, if we're counting guests such as the Junior Reaver, then should we include Tracy and his "autopsy"? Nobody but Simon could've done that, and he very nearly got to before Tracy awoke in a justifiable panic. Plus IIRC Simon did some sort of pre-autopsy examination.

Well the autopsy never really got started - just a tiny cut is all - but sure count it.
