I prefer the grapes before they turn into raisins, too...but I prefer them fermented, bottled and corked, preferably after having lived in the Bordeaux region of France for awhile first (about the only thing I like about France).
Not sure how that would go with the s'mores, though...if I had a choice, I'll stick with the s'mores and save the wine for later.

I switched to a cable modem several years ago, and absolutely loathe dial-up now...but I have discovered that I burn through network cards faster than I burnt up modem cards...not sure why, either...maybe I spend too much time online? Nah, that can't possibly be it

Grapes aren't evil, they're sweet, and misunderstood. You can't judge an entire body of fruit by the actions of a few of the fringe branches.

yes, but think of how many people choke on grapes every year! And the cunning way they have managed to punish people who eat to many of their kind in Raisin form. (think of the man hours lost to human industry!)
grapes are, in point of fact, evil. They must be rounded up and made to keep sick people company, before being flayed alive and eaten.
Oh, yeah, we're already doing that.

Did grapes wrong you in this or another life? There are some fruits I do not care for, but I have never considered fruiticide on any of them. Art thou not a fan of the fruit of the vine? How about grape jelly? Raisin Bran (never mind that one...you have a point about humanity's lost hours)? Grape juice? Being fed grapes by hand while lounging in absolute comfort while being fanned by those huge, palm-looking leaves?

maybe is cause i've never had the chance to lay about in absolute comfort being fanned and eating grapes that I dislike them so much. (but by that reasoning, i'd also hate cushions and nubile young men wearing very little, which I really don't)
Hang on, I don't dislike grapes! I love them, they is yummy and cool and they go squish and are all juicy and sweet, and then you eat them with greek yoghurt and they are extremely nice.
I was simply endeavouring to point out how bad grapes are to make Sean feel less bad about the cruel fate suffered by the raisins in his raisin and oatmeal cookie.
This is like the angst thing all over again!
