Karla posted on the MR Forum that if you haven't received a confirmation from her by this coming Wednesday you should contact her. She works for an accountant, so you can only imagine how busy she is.

My husband and I will be attending the convention via some VERY shiny circumstances and 2 dealer's passes. We'll be at the table for "Movie Treasures", a movie memorabilia company, and also wandering the convention, so we have some free time.
Are you guys planning a Shindig at the event? I'd love to come and meet some fellow Browncoats. My husband and I will be in costume as Jayne and an Ariel paramedic, so we should be easy to spot. If ya'll are running a shindig, can the organizer shoot me an email with the info? I'd be much obliged.

As for the Shindig. Kaele is the head of that department. 
She's been gracious enough to supply the room and I could be wrong, but I believe it will be held on Friday night after the cocktail party.

I am waiting most impatiently for that weekend to get here. I will also be spending as much time as possible in the Dealer's Room, because that's like a mecca to me. I can't wait to see the guys and get my pic taken. Can't wait to say hi to fellow Browncoats as well. :)
