The Caption Tightpants finally split!

Okay, well, I've got like a million things going on, and I can't keep up with all of them. Unfortunately, despite popular demand, I have to discontinue (not cancel!!!) Caption Tightpants. It may be back someday, but not now, and not for a while. So to come full circle to where it all began, I chose last week's winner, like I used to when it all started. Thanks again to everyone who played and to everyone who read along. Browncoats are the best, and I wish you all the best! Of course, you can always play the OTHER SHINY CAPTION GAME, if you need a fix, as it has my stamp of hi-larious approval!

Saddening news, TCM, but understandable, i suppose.
I wish you luck in whatever keeps you flying, and hopefully we shall see you around every now and then, perhaps with another round, or even just posting on mine, or somesuch.
I will play the role of the tailor, and keep the pants sewn, and the waist 2 inches too small. You have inspired me.
I mean, if not for you starting this game, i would not have had the idea of creating the spinoff!

This hurts my feelings...it really does. Not because I didn't win, but, because, it was one of the few institutions that I actively participated around here and its going away.

Not gone forever, just gone for now. Captioning is one of my favorite pastimes. I just have alot on my plate right now, and add my frustrations with the webpolls, and I just gotta trim some fat off the meat.
But, like I said, the OTHER SHINY CAPTION GAME is totally worth playing for as long as Noel keeps it going.
Believe me, all my tragic space dementia is breaking my heart, but I wouldn't do this if I didn't feel I had to. Like I said, it is just a BIG DAMN BREAK. ;) Someday I'll fix the rip in Caption Tightpants and we'll have more!
Keep Flyin' folks! The Pants are tore up plenty, but they'll fly true... ;P
