doies anybody know where there is a translation for some of the chinease or does anybody know what some of the terms mean, specifically mei mei....................any help is useful, thank you!!!!!!!!

Mei mei means little sister, or little one. As for the rest, I think the book Finding Serenity has a batch of translations at the end that seem fairly accurate.

The Serenity roleplaying game book has chinese/english translations at the back of it. I don't speak Mandarin myself, but I should imagine they did their homework well enough, if that helps?
