You will see the handy dandy room chart I made for D*C and you will notice that you are currently assigned a room with JadeHand and LMD and my brother (Ath).
You can change that if you want, but you can't stay in the girls room since we're full.
So far poor cozy cozen is all by his lonesome, but I'm sure that will change soon enough.
And seeing the chart reminds me that I need to actually RESERVE my room, don't I? Shame on me.

Excelent, I knew of the plan, didn't know if it had come too fruition. So JadeHand's doing all the hard organising type work, I assume he'll require a check in the post at some point.

Nah, leave it, it'll sort it self out...
Or ring up bookings, take the name of the person you speak too, but don't book. Then when you get there tell them you have a reservation and when they say no go nuts, tell them the name etc etc...
I'm sure you'll get the penthouse suite with compilmentry champagne, unless they record bookings or something.

Oh, no see, I wasn't talking about the huggy squish either. I was specifically refering to the sloop squish where stuff gets everywhere. Yup, a proper squishing, could do with some of those.

Sean: Worry not on posting a cheque, We'll square things up on site. I figure if on thurs. we all head to the desk and pay for 1 night or 1.25 nights depending on how many we have. then we can be done with it and enjoy the bloody weekend.

I'll remind you, well, If I see you logged on with IM tonight. I swear I thought you called back in the beggining of Feb. with me. 
I may have to plan to show up really early Thurs. to push for our rooms to connect. Hopefully the majority of peeps don't show til Fri. and we get what we need.
