hahah, I loved that show when it was on. Twisted, but Gir was, and still is, one of the funniest cartoon characters I've seen. I like his little voice, and when he does his demonic giggle.

I've never heard of theat. What is it? While I am ashamed to have missed something Jhonen did, I am also delighted to find something new to me.

It's about a 'person' in a mask who's spent his entire life in a small room with a hammer smashing kittens as they come down a chute. he discovers a door and follows it to the 'outside' world where he finds lots of other things that can also be beaten.
