OMEGA SUPREME!!

Also, no one seems to have mentioned Twiki from Buck Rogers or that silly Muffit from the first Battlestar Galactica series. (I know they seem stupid now, but I loved them when I was in 3rd grade when those shows were on.)

alright, she might not be technically considered a robot, but what about Cortana from Halo?

"Wait, if these alien face huggers latch onto your head and lay their eggs in your stomach, doesn't that mean they stick their, you know, down your throat?" "OH MY GOD, THEY'RE RAPING YOUR FACE!!!" "Yeah, like dying isn't bad enough, you have to get a face full of alien wing-wong." VG Cats

my favorite robot is GIR from Invader Zim. He has the funniest little voice and the craziest little head.

"Then the squirrel went back to his home planet to fight all the bad guys!"

"Hi floor! Make me a sammich! SAMMICH!!!"

"Aww, I wanted to explode."

"MY WALNUTS!!!"

Ha! I was wondering when someone was going to say Kryten.

Also, I notice that a lot of people are saying Marvin, which is cool. I've got nothing against Marvin or even Eddie, but what about Colin (Douglas Adam's "Mostly Harmless" the fifth Hitchhiker's book)?

Ford rewires a little security robot to love everything so that he won't attack him. "I gurgle with pleasure!" it keeps saying. He decides to name the little robot Colin. Later, they both end out falling/jumping out a window:

"Colin!" Ford bawled.
Colin didn't respond. Ford went cold. Then he suddenly realised that he hadn't told Colin his name was Colin.
"Come up here!" Ford bawled.
They were still descending, but the rate had slowed.
"Up, Colin!" he shouted.
Nothing.
"Your name," shouted Ford, "is Colin. So when I shout 'Up, Colin!' I want you, Colin, to go up. OK? Up, Colin!"

And I'll go with Sonny too.

What, no one liked AI?
