Hey everyone,
Another link to a very positive review of Slither, which states Fillion deserves to be a big star.

YESS!!! My crew already had plans to go see it, but this (and the review in the Houston Chronicle today that says it has tentacle rape [Oaty bar, anyone?]) clinches it. MUST. SEE. SLITHER.

STICK AROUND AFTER THE CREDITS.
Music's good.
It is not out-takes. But it was worth the wait.

Nathan has a birthday wish and you can make it come true!
Here's your present, Cap'n: my $9 and the ticket stub. Happy birthday

How many Jaynes does it take to change a light bulb?
Two. One to try to put it in and another to find a bigger hammer.

Done my duty Sir! salutes
Hope you had a nice Birthday Captain!
Sorry - couldn't stick around for the credits though...power went out at the theater just as the movie ended! The Movie Alliance told us to wait to find out what happened - but the whole load of us rebels escaped out the back door!
Loads of gross fun - and of course our boy was shiny (and gooey!).

March 27th is *my* birthday too!
That's really cool. And I'm going tomorrow.

Haha, now I'm really glad I went to see it the day it came out. It was shiny, I liked it. Besides, if the captain asks us to go see it, then we have to, right?
I aim to misbehave.

I saw it with a friend. Wore my brown coat, too. The movie was actually pretty good. It definitely had some gross moments and some good laughs, too. There were only eight other people in the theatre, though, so that's unfortunate. I was hoping this movie might shove the Captain into the public's eye, but I think Slither is a harder sell to the general public than even Serenity was... Oh well. Even still, I'll see if some other friends will see it with me next weekend. Gotta support the cause...
