Well, who cares if it's Good Lookin' Person Day or not. We're all good looking people, so we should all celebrate. By eating ice cream.
Since the weather's warming up a bit and I'm longing for summer, I would love some mango sorbet with a side of coconut ice cream, garnished with a bit of pineapple. And I'd like to eat it out of a halved mango, please.

Oh, don't worry. Coconut ice cream is VERY fattening. And you cans sometimes get it with chocolate chips in it which just adds to the tasty.

Works for me! About declaring the celebrate ice cream day on the 31st I may have started a teeny tiny bit early. I had to do a few um quality taste tests in order to pick out what to gorge on ice cream day.

Nothin' wrong at all. Who says we have to actually wait until tomorrow, anyway. I have absolutley NO problem with celebrating early, or late for that matter. 
Me LOVE ice cream!
I had this FANTASTIC gelato once. It was chocolate--like godiva, but I was in France, so it was better--and raspberry. OMG was it good! Two scoops of that in a waffle cone would do me up forever--or at least until I get another craving.
