I love the whole "back spaceshipe driver" sequence, but the end where Alan gets up and says "You wanna fly? Fine, f***ing fly. I'll be in my bunk!"

I also love the part where Nathan screws up his line and Morena says "You f***ed up." It's great because Nathan really seems to love his character and the show and is probably the most professional one. I bet he was always getting on people to really perform well, so it's funny when he messes up and she points it out to everybody. It shows that great chemistry between the two.

I remember Jewel talking about Nathan messing around in The Message but I didn't know it was actually on film. That's so shiny!

Serenity: You wanna fly? f***k'n fine!, TRAAP!, find the kid takin' a dirtnap with baby jesus, Don't f***k'n tell me what to god damn do, It's my ship! All too funny for words, mostly featuring our wonderfully silly cap'n tightpants. lol

Firefly: Mal, I forgot my line, can't...sentence...properly, how much is that geisha in the window?, The whole scene in The Message with Mal ending up in every shot next to each crew member while Tracey's message is played (Kaylee is priceless in that one), How'd you like a bite of this green apple, America?! (Nathan gesturing to his butt and showing a clip of nekkid Mal, THE END. lol

Not an outtake, but deleted scene from Serenity: Mal and Inara in the shuttle, Inara says I told you to hold on, and you hear Mal's voice from the floor saying in a embarrased tone ...I'm fine. (his voice there cracks me up every time)

There are two that haven't been mentioned but ALWAYS crack me up. There's the "Love Boat" credit sequence, and the Gina-Nathan exchange from Serenity: "We have to...shit!" "There's a bathroom as we were coming in..." "Right now, we have to shit!"

Definitely the "TRAP!!!" one. I watch that one at least three times every time it comes along. Why didn't they use that one? It would have been so damn perfect for the situation. If they'd gotten a reaction shot from Kaylee, it'd be ruttin' sublime.

As an aside, is there any gorram place in the 'Net that I can find the gag reel NOT in quicktime format?
