I think it all goes back to their(Tom & Sean) original "Tapes" contract which reads in the fine print. " after said number of successful movies I here-by agree to loose any kind of humor I see in life.

Tom did break this agreement in the"War of the Worlds" movie where the lines were spoken , other actor" You know what your problem is." where Tom replies " I can think of a couple women that can tell ya.(chuckel)"

When i was a kid i read this book about scientology and it had a little card thingy to send for more information and i sent it in for the hell of it figuring i'd get a booklet in the mail or something but they instead constantly sent me stuff inviting me to various gatherings and stuff and called my house at all hours and didn't stop after i told them many times to leave me alone and then people started following me. It was very very creepy and i really thought they were going to hurt me a few times.

Anyways once i grew up and stuff they went away. Once in a while i still wil get some mail from them. I really don't like them

2- He is having a midlife crisis- dating younger women...Tom...please.
3- His cult demanded payment and release of his humor to the LRH/Jimmy Jones Koolaid Foundation.

7- He has an assistant who know handles all intellectual "humor" property for Mr. Cruise
