I'm not sure if this was the other petition you were talking about, but this one has over 10,000 sigs, and they're looking to make 100,000.

Funniest petition on the site: Request to have all Firefly Fans fired into Space. The description and comments for it an hilarious. The best bit is that it is in the "Civil and Human Rights" category! Anyway I didn't sign that one but signed some of the others.
