Got it yesterday, played it all day, all night, ow my eyes hurt. This game is cool, intense, and the closest thing to "Firefly" out there. They even have a "Firefly" ship, I downloaded the mod, and installed it. Sadly I have to be lvl 20 to purchase it, I can't wait!

AM I NOT MERCIFUL?!?!?!?

Yeah its a great game. I've had it for about a year and a half now. Haven't played it in a while though. Where did you get the FireFly mod?

Hehe i made that.

You can buy it at lvl 1, but you have to change, an .ini file. I forgot to change the required lvl before i released it.

You can change it to buyable at lvl 1 by doing this: You could change it yourself, by deactivateing the mod (if its Active), then going into your flmm folder then mods then the FireFLy mod then data/equipment/marketships.ini then search for "firefly" and change the first Number "20" too the number "1" then file/save and reactivate.

Yay Freelancer! Have you played X3: Reunion? It's very similar, but the graphics are much, much better and the trading and merchant systems are much more advanced.
Will be getting the firefly mod for freelancer but I reckon I'd pay for one for X3...

Omg God0, you are my hero! Is it the only ship I'll ever need? Sure looks like it. It can't be just coincidence, all the simularities with firefly, or can it? Keep me posted on that full conversion of FL, I wish I had a skill that could help, if you need a wisecrackin smartass I'm your guy!

X3:Reunion? Chronic I'll be checking that out as soon as i'm done with Freelancer.

Edit: Started over on FL, feels good to Captain my own Firefly. God0 you is da man!

Lordy, I love Freelancer! I went nuts on the trading aspects my first time through - grabbed one of those Dromedary freighters and did so much I ended the game with a net worth over $6 million and ready cash over $4 million... found a load of wrecks too...

I've never been brave enough to mod a game. How likely is the Serenity mod to make my game crash? And if it is, how easy would it be to get rid of it?
