The Princess Bride.

With that, I provide a quote that should be near and dear to the hearts of kiddie film afficionados of a certain age, or fans of a particular humor website.

"You lose! Good day sir!"

Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal, Fox!

I know that one! Princess Bride; very quotable movie. Try this:

"Sometimes I like to crunch up a bit of Wheatabix into the blood. Give it a bit of texture."

"We need a hood ornament."

Darn; I was too slow. Okay, now people have two quotes to work from; lucky you.

"We need a hood ornament."

Charlie and the Choclate Factory

Beekeeper 1: [enthusiastically] To the Beemobile!
Beekeeper 2: You mean your Chevy?
Beekeeper 1: [less enthusiastically] Yes.

The Simpsons (the pile of sugar episode)

How about this one:

"If you do not fix my door at once, I shall insert a large garden gnome in you. Good day."

EDIT: As an aside, the last one's answer is incorrect. That line is from "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory", the older title staring Gene Wilder as Wonka. Close, but no cigarello box.

Dead and Breakfast

How about: "Send in the nuns!"

"I also hear that there's something called Firefly, which is either a canceled science-fiction television show or a new religion, I'm not clear on that. Either way, prayers for the resurrection are involved." – Lore Sjoberg
