What Is Your Favorite Firefly Episode?

the reson for this is clear it is because these are the episodes that you see RIVER in deatail and in her new light she just kicks ass does any body actually think the same

The first few are easy picks for me. After 4 or 5, it gets mighty fuzzy...

bye far the best is "war stories" juss becauswe you see how all the cruw are bound togeter and care and respect each other though most of the time they do not care to show it.
and the scene were wash and the captin are being electrocuted is very reveling in to the relationship issues of the married couple.
though by far is the all out action and you get to see summer finally kick ass........ well kill 3 guys with 3 shots plus with her eyes close.
so bye far "war stories" is the best followed by "safe", and finally but not lest "objects in space"
river tam plays brillant parts in these 3.

Every episode has different qualities
Serenity (pilot) The moment when Mal walks onboard Serenity and shoots the agent in the head is awesome
War Stories- the best scene in the series is the torture scene. The way Wash and mal continue their argument between each burst of electric shocks is hilarious
Ariel- a great indication of how much of a bastard Jayne can be
Out of gas- Beautifully written and each character gets a great introduction (especially Wash with THAT moustache)
Our Mrs Reynolds- the funniest opening ten minutes of anything ever. 'You shoot them right back! What kind of crappy planet is that anyway?'
Jaynestown- Adam Baldwin 'you had a riot? For me?

Hello all,
I'm new to the site but definitely glad to have found it! This is a hard decision though- my favorite episode. I'm gonna go with a a three way tie between The Train Job, Jaynestown, and War Stories. Well, but then there's Shindig and Serenity and Our Mrs. Reynolds...o just forget it, I can't possibly choose!

I love all the episodes for different reasons, so choosing one is pretty difficult. However, my favorite episodes of my favorite episodes (if that makes any sense) are:

Out of Gas
Our Mrs. Reynolds
Heart of Gold
(But all the episodes are my favorite....)
Oh, I love the 'Verse like Jayne loves Vera!

Objects in Space. I am really into philosophy, and that episode appeals to that part of me.
I guess my second favorite is Ariel. There's just something cool about the crew going directly into the heart of the Alliance, and re-emerging victorious.

I just got done watching Shindig... I do have to say I think its my fav... although I do have like a top 5. But I love how happy Kaylee is to be all dressed up and "Shiny"
Im now watching "Our Mrs Reynolds" Im giggling incessantly... oh.. here comes the part where Saffron kisses Mal... hehe...
