I remember when FireFly first premiered. The opening scene had the crew in the cargo area playing basketball. I thought "great, another buffy angel craptastic tv show" click this off..

After catching the movie on DVD. I was blown away by the sheer good feeling I got from watching this movie. I downloaded the complete series..

Anyhow, I just finished all episodes. I love this show. IF ONLY they would had shown the two hour preimere first. That decision by fox was the nail in the coffin from the start.

Buying the DVD series and movies is the only way I can think of supporting this series. Hopefully the aftermath buzz will keep growing, for more serinity universe.

Welcome, Lodoss. Another way to support Firefly is to do a little viral marketing on your own part, by loaning out your Firefly disk 1 (only disk 1, after that they have to buy their own) to create more Browncoats. We're like vampires. We're not happy unless we are making more just like ourselves to share our misery.

Thanks for giving the movie a chance & glad you liked it. The series is wonderful and if not for mishandling and airing out of order by Fox it would no doubt still be on today.

Welcome to the site.

I like FF and Serenity so much that I no longer lend out the DVD's anymore. Instead I made a backup copy for people to borrow. Nothing erks me like getting your dvd's back all scratched up and stuff.

We all know how it feels. Just make sure you head out and pick up some of those shiny 'verse books too! Lotsa good stuff there.

Hold the line, new recruit. We'll get us a sequel or a series soon enough. May take some fighting, may be a while, but us Browncoats are used to the trenches. We're in it for the long campaign.

Just having you here and posting is exactly what we need.

That was actually the second episode they showed.
