Probably forgotten by a lot of people, it was a pretty realistic science fiction show dealing with alien fugitives who land on earth, and slowly start to permeate America with their culture. It was wildly creative (The aliens just happened to get wasted on sour milk) with racial issues and the customs used by the alien race. It felt like something out of Rod Serling’s mind. Your thoughts about this lost classic?

Alien Nation was cool, both movie and series, but in that era "V" had my attention more.

random info: the guy who played the main (human) character on alien nation was also the recurring vulcan ambassador on enterprise. it wasn't til the last few episodes that i realized who he was. he went from a human who always argued with his alien partner to an alien who always argued with starfleet.

More random info from Enterprise: the guy who played the Section 31 bloke, Eric Pierpoint, played George Francisco in the series of Alien Nation. So how's about that then?

More amusingly, Mandy Patinken, who played Francisco in the movie of Alien Nation (also written by Rockne S O'Bannon, who later went on to devise the almighty Farscape), also played Inigo Montoya in 'The Princess Bride'.

Oh, and I loved the series. Very sad when it got ended.
