Yay! Snow!
Not here. We haven't had any this season in my location. Which is fine. People here have no clue how to drive in it when we do.

and you think people here do? We watched for ten miutes today as a car tried to get past our house (we live at the top of a hill, just as you pass our place, the hill get a lot steeper) Car full of people and not one of them thought to get out and try and push, let alone bounce the trunk or anything.

By the way, the whole of that ten minutes both my mom and I were having internal battles between our desire to go help and our instinct to Not Get Involved. Which is a good one, knowing the people in the car as we did. So we didn't just stand there and laugh at the car slipping sideways down the road again and again. Well there was giggling, but that came after the concern.

One of these days I'm going to live in an area where you are friends with your neigbours, or, at least, don't live in mortal fear of them.

Blah.

Snow! yippee! I wrote my name, made a snow angel, played with the dog (the dog loves snow we discovered, she actively 'gambols') The only bad point is that my niece is i'll with bad ears and can't go out and make snowmen, but fingers crossed that the snow out lasts her sore ear. poor thing.

Right, back to my room sorting now.

Never mind, Final progress report _ I got another set of shelves sorted. The next task is to bring my heavy-ass costume tomes up from their shelf in the living room, so that my mom can have her shelves back. But I was laid low, and have spent much of the late afternoon on the sofa drinking apple juice and clutching Hot-dog (my, um, dog shaped hot water bottle cover, not too original I know)

So that is tomorrow after works task. But, all of my clothes are in one place, well two places, my shoes all together, my handbag collection is restrained, my work table mostly clear, and my bookshelves tidy, so i'm happy with the result.

Yey me.

I reckon Tree Seryn is about ready to come round and stumble off to be a bad patient at someone. Will think of something and post at some point.

Yay the snow wasn't here! (sorry JadeHand, I hate snow.)

Yay for Orpheus' triumphant return!

Yay for blue paisley wellies! (I've been wanting a pair of wellies forever-LL Bean has some CUTE ones, with matching raincoats and hats and everything, but I have no reason to buy them and would never wear them. *sigh*)

Yay for me dragging all my springtime clothes out of the back of my closet! I hate my winter clothes. My spring clothes are all so cute and bright coloured.

Yay that we're one day closer to D*C!!

Seryn-I will most definitely make you a Jayne hat and bring it to D*C. We can add it to my "I Owe You Huge For the Corset* account. And I just ordered some (hopefully) new and better yarn, I can't wait till it arrives!
