*heralded by a puff of cigar smoke, walks into the Bay and heads straight for the hover Mule*

Good morning my lovely old Mule.

*inspects the freshly added plas-steel bonding hiding the bullet holes from Whitefall*

*glides fingers along the rough layer of dried bonding*

*looks down lovingly at Mule*

Well these rough patches won't do...not for a pretty Mule like you...no siree. You just let old GrimJack take care of you. We'll freshen you up and have you feeling like yourself in no time.

*moves off to gather his power sander, but turns around before picking it up*

*looks back at Mule*

I knew you wouldn't laugh at my moustache.

*smiles around cigar and begins to prep the power sander*

*moments later...the sounds of metal on metal can be heard intermittently coming from the Cargo Bay...and when the sander stops, a trained ear can hear a whistled tune*

*finishes sanding down the bonding patches*

*removes safety glasses and rubs his hand across the newly smooth frame of the hover Mule*

*kneels down beside Mule keeping his wounded leg out to the side and whispers to the vehicle*

Told'ya I'd fix you sweetheart. We got your shapely body back, and soon as I can mix it up, it'll be time to give you a new 'dress'.

*stands up and puffs on cigar*

You're a fine looking old Mule...couldn't ask for one better.

*grabs his cane and heads off toward his quarters*

*turns back at the last minute and addresses the Mule...*

*he walks into the common area and sees Fly singing to herself with her back to him*
