This may seem a little silly, but it kind of made my day yesterday so I thought I'd share it.
I shuffle a lot of contracts at work, each turned in by a sales rep who is indicated on the contract by a three-letter abbreviation. (You can probably guess what's coming.)
Yesterday, a new rep appeared: MAL!
I stopped what I was doing and smiled. Then I dug through the batch to make sure that I got to work all of MAL's contracts. Shiny!
Yes, sir, Captain, I'll do that paperwork for you! Right away! 
Let me know what little Firefly/Serenity moments occur to you at work/school.

I was waiting on a couple and their baby girl, who was really happy, bubbly, and sweet. When I asked what her name was they said Kaylee, and I thought, how perfect!

Well, really it was some guy named Mike Lewis (no idea what his middle name is), but I don't think Vera will be necessary. Poor guy probably has no clue, so I don't think it's intentional impostorship (new word!).
If Nathan (or Mal) turns out to be one of our sales reps, I'm quitting my job and starting my own company so he can come and sell me something! Whatever it is, I'm buying!

You should start paying MAL in Alliance Scrip, and see how long it takes him to get mad just like the real Mal!

Hmmmm. I just got to thinking about this. Could Wal-Mart morph into Blue Sun? Scary idea.

Dog, put "Vera" up, son. I believe the good Cap'n could handle himself were he being impostered ( new word?!) So I think we're good.
I don't have a Firefly/Serenity moment to add to this thread... alas, I just wanted to pop in and say "put Vera up, son."
