Why Don't Reavers Kill Each Other

They do seem to have some objectives. Think about Bushwacked. Presumably they weren't carrying out an experiment, but let the one guy live for a very specific reason. What would have happened had Serenity not come along? Would he have taken that ship back and joined the Reaver fleet? That could even be a way in which Reavers add to their forces.
I have no doubt that they would pray upon themselves if they didn't have ample targets to feast upon but I also believe they have to have some sort of leadership. They distinguish between themselves with their markings (Tribal?) and others. We've only seen male Reavers AFAIK (Ive never looked that closely) but there could be a role for females as well.
Anyway, they have to retain some of their basic skills, even though their ships are falling apart they've got to do some sort of basic maintenance to keep flying. Otherwise they wouldn't be a problem, their ships would have fallen apart and they all would have died.
Although while I love to speculate about the Reavers, frankly I hope Joss never tells us anything more about them. Its what we dont know that makes them so horrifying.

This discussion reminded me of some debates I've had with folk over why it is the reavers don't just die out pretty quickly. My theory, which is totally unsupported by any evidence, 
is that someone amongst the Reavers is capable of making more Pax, and that on some attacks, they just fill a ship full of it. Most of the folk lie down, and the rest join the existing Reavers.
Just a crazy idea, but I like thinking about it. Just not picturing it.
Then again, maybe they just make folk watch Alien Resurrection.

Do we know Reavers don't eat each other for sure????
I mean we've seen them pass the opportunity by a couple of times. However, as has been suggested before, isn't it possible that Reavers eat Reaver-flesh when only necessary.
I believe i remember that there are similarities in certain cultures that practice canibalism.
One is that they usually come from unusually hard climates.
Two is that they don't ONLY feed on human flesh.
Three is that they ALWAYS take outsider tribesmen as victims if at all posiblle.
Four is that they avoid eating each other.... unless a dire famine strikes the community.
Maybe reavers only eat reavers when there's absolutely nothing else to eat.
In that case, the victim would simply be the weakest liability in the community. sort of a pack mentality as someone mentioned before.
