I spotted that 4th pic before at the site you linked to, but hadnt gotten round to posting it yet

And as for that fifth one - I soooo want that t-shirt
Anyone know where I might get one?

Mattcoz - great pic. Though I'm curious where it was taken - also was it on the stage? Seems a bit of a bizarre thing to do just to have a swig of a drink in the middle of a Q&A

It was at Starfury - Serenity Squared, no idea if it was on stage or not.

As for the image with the "jedi", it was taken offline. Its usage was a mistake as I normally never put online pictures with fans but I'm no machine and I do make mistakes like everybody else (I have put online more than 4,000 images that I had to previously check and that makes a lot)

Yeah it was onstage. It was right at the beginning of the Revd Jonny Wallet's communion. (Whiskey Church as I now call it!) Poor Jewel was supposed to be doing a Q&A session after Jonathan Woodward had finished, but communion ran on so long and we all had such a laugh that they cancelled it. Bless her.

I am not flaming your site for no reason. I don't want to get into a fight but you are using lots of photographs without permission to do so.

The issue I referred to in my post is very specific. The shots you are displaying taken by Dave Sumner CANNOT be used unless credited to Dave, permission is given to use them and a LINK back from the photo is made to Starfury's website. That is not "no reason", it is a reason and a very good reason to point out that you should not be using those particular photos online.

I can also safely say that you are using many photos of mine without permission and seem to have taken them off galleries which state that permission must be sought before using the pictures in any way.

Because your site is a fan site I have overlooked the use of my own photos without permission, the comments I made referred to those taken by Dave Sumner.

If I had wanted to flame you I would have mentioned every picture that I am aware of that requires permission for use. I know of at least three photographers whose permission has not been sought prior to the usage of their photos on your site. I was merely trying to point out to people that permissions should be sought and credit given to the relevant photographer wherever and whenever they are used.

I also felt that I was polite and respectful in the terminolgy used to make reference to the oversight on your part. If I have offended you I apologise but the law on copyright is the law. Pointing that out is hardly flaming.
