hi call me movieman or movieman2006 .. either way i will respond as long as it is directed to man.

ok rumors about possible firefly spin-offs.

here goes...

not done by joss and has nothing to do with joss whedon ..

so just so you understand.

... ok all i know is there is a upcoming movie (i believe, perhaps tv show)... coming 2008 middle of it.

well that is hopeful...

a script was found in a un-named office of an un-named director in a hollywood.

now that is not saying much, but i was told this because i have a somewhat foot in the door, so i get info passed down to me, i know a friend who knows movie stars and directors.

so ya, possible in the works for a Firefly spin-off, i was able to read a scanned off copy of a page of the script, it is descent, but to my knowledge it is not the finished script.

name has floated around of a possible lead actor Joshua Mihal.

I am unsure of who it is, but i did a google search and he was in a very small role in "Freddy Vs. Jason" as Carlos.

i saw the movie once, unsure of exactly what he looks like in the film, maybe just a random body thrown in , but he is listed in the cast of "Freddy Vs. Jason".

ok, so anyways, i will keep you informed and if anyone hears anymore rumors with this guy in it let me know, ialso heard he worked on some over-seas stuff foreign pictures.

could just be hear say about that.

but like i said i read a page of a new script in the works.

(might not be exact spin-off, but seems to be a good scifi action thriller non-the less.)

Don't you see, that's the karma for us being too obssessed. We get a movie in TWO YEARS that's a cheap knock-off with bad actors.
