There are just too many great oneliners in the show to count or to pick one, but my favorite moment in the whole series, and the moment at which I realized that I *loved* this show:
River: Sure, I got a secret. More'n one. Don't seem likely I'd tell 'em to you, do it? Anyone off Dyton Colony know's better'n to talk to strangers. You're talking loud enough for the both of us, though, ain't you? I've known a dozen like you. Skipped off home early, minor graft jobs here and there. I'm quoting it wrong I know, but it's the one about, "Zoe, gather 5 or 6 bodies, stick 'em to the nose of the ship - put Shepherd Book front and centre..."
I know I butchered it, but you get the idea. I was getting cramps from laughing so much! :D

I was cryin' when he called the little dead boy a "hood ornament". Definitely one of the most funnies outtakes I've seen in a long time.
