catalyzer for compression coil

Folks have already mentioned Wash throwing away a catalyzer for a comp. coil and then that being the part that needs replacing in OoG. In Serenity(movie) after the hover craft chase and the reaver ship hits Serenity(ship) Jayne and Kaylee are cleaning up and Kaylee bends down and picks up a Catalyzer.. with a happy/surprised look on her face.
