Gmail is very shiny. The email package we use at work is terrible in comparison. The chat feature is nice too, although a bit distracting- you can tell when your gmail friends are logged in and whether or not they have been idle for awhile.
One thing I can't figure out is how to set up lists in gmail. The only way to email multiple people that I can see is to type in all the emails or check the names in the contacts list every time. Anyway, if anyone knows how to set something like this up, I'd love to know how.

Gmail's my e-mail service of choice. As it has been noted, the large amount of storage and easy accesibility, in regard to your mail, are what make it so great.
