It's also on alt.binaries.multimedia.firefly

SVCD quality that looks to be in FILM format. I just hope Mr. Wibble posts the other 2 and he has my heartfelt thanks for the 1 released so far.

Well, I used my "EyeTV", so it is an MPEG, not in any of the above formats. It is about 450MB, and I assume you can burn it as a VCD or SVCD with your burning software - Toast lets me do this very easily, I assume there are PC equivalents.
As for PAL or NTSC, well, I guess that's another thing that you choose when you are burning, rather than being embedded in the MPEG.

Hope this makes sense, I am not a video editing whizz.

I'm a Streamload newb, so how's it work?

I've successfully retrieved "The Message" and "Trash" from eDonkey2000, still trying to get "Heart of Gold". I posted "Trash" and "Message" at SuprNova ( http://www.suprnova.org) if anyone's into the BitTorrent thing.

"Trash" is 346mb and is 576x432, "Message" is also 346mb but is 512x384 -- they're both XVID format, not sure why-for the different resolutions since they were released by the same "house". I also saw them out there as 400-something mb MPG's and nearly-800mb SVCD files, figured I can convert my own and save the download time.

OK, I must be missing something and forgive me if thiss is a stupid question, but I can't seem to get anything to download from Suprnova. What am I doing wrong? All I get is a 14k file.

You need to load the BitTorrent client -- sorry, I should've included that tidbit.
