It was at one time customary (a custom in some places enforced by law) to skip 13 when numbering floors. What a quaint notion, I aprove.

Well, it was amusingly easy to insult his intelligence and point out the glaringly large holes in his posts. But I generally don't enjoy people with trollish tendencies.
