Howdy,
Here's something I've been working on which I think is finally close enough to completion to show it.
It's about 6" high and will be painted when it's finished.

Thanks for looking!

Amazing 3D sculpting software.
I'll describe what using it is like once I have a keyboard...

Super shiny - are you going to post the photos over in the Blue Sun Room?

Yeah, I'll definitely do that! The only reason I didn't yet is because it's unfinished
I'm going to cast it and probably paint two different versions: one a straight-up, naturalistic paintjob, the other a faux bronze. It's somewhat meant to be in the style of Western sculptor Frederick Remington who worked in bronze.
I may only be working in resin, but I can make it shiny like Alliance-tagged nutrition supplements!
Dinky, that program looks all kinds of amazing!
Thanks again for the kind words, all.

Yeah it would be easy for you to work with the high polygon sculpting but it would be odd for you to come from just actual Clay sculpting to low polygon modeling (which is important). Unless you've done 3d application work before??
It's very fun to learn. Another skill that would help you with learning 3d modeling programs would be 2d Pencil sketching. If you're good at pencil sketching, you'll be good at 3d modeling (atleast organic things). It's the same ideas when you draw and 3d model.
Skin and Muscle tissue are always going in a direction, it's the same idea. People don't usually think that 2d sketching and 3d modeling are at all similar, but they are very much so.
