The film i'm wittering on about it Steven Kings 'IT' the scary moster is some beasty that sometimes appears as a clown.
So its not Candyman at all.

honestly?
the appearing as a clown thing...
(my one enduring memory of a circus is loosing my shoe under the seating (bleachers?)and my dad wouldn't go fetch it until the show was over. so when the snake lady came out and people were allowed to go hold the snakes I couldn't go, I started crying, and then a clown came over and I was so pissed off at my dad, and upset at not getting to see the snakes, and scared of the clown that I think I started screaming my head off right then and there - I was such a quiet child...)
