I drink a lot of water too. Helped me shave off the extra poundage.
Straged?? Ok, I know what Starnded means, Stranged sounds like it could be a word but Straged?? Maybe I need more caffine... yup I'm a quart low.
But I agree JH it is a good group to be Starged with.
