I have a tie at 81% between Babylon 5 and Moya. Serenity was third, followed by the Millenium Falcon.
I can live with those.
Though, if I had the chance to choose what spaceship I'd want as my own, it'd come down to a tie between Serenity, The Millenium Falcon, and The Defiant (from DS9).
I think I'd choose the Defiant, myself. Not only is it have better defensive capabilities than either of the others, it generally seems to work most of the time.
As much as I love them, I don't think I could keep Serenity or the Falcon running.
