Welcome here, we're weird.
Ok, so I've got a bad cold and my brain isn't working right, as such if this comes out as unoriginal, uninspiring, or un-anything-that-is-good I'm blaming it on that.
First thing is spread the word, someone else said it but I want to repeat.
Second is very simple: welcome home. You're family, and you don't have to worry about not being accepted because you're new or something else like that, you're family, you're here, so that means you're home and we're glad to have you.
There is no third thing.
