Oh thank God. I thought I was one among a bunch of children. You are not alone, I think at least a group of us are in our thirties or above. I've never been a "fan" of anything in my life 'till Firefly. Not because I never looked -I did like a good little nerd- but because all the dream/fantasies like LOTR and the like never lived up to their billing. The promises never panned out.

Me, too. Hate to admit it, try to act like I'm about 30, but I am a bit over 40. I've been a rabid fan of many things in my life, but I think that since I'm now at an age where I really understand life (ha, ha, I wish), this time it's for real. I mean, it's not because I'm young and stupid anymore, it's because I'm old and have good taste. Right?
