I don't believe this has been posted yet so I'll continue...

Marvel.com have recently posted a podcast featuring the one and only Joss Whedon talking about X-Men. Here' the direct link for you:

Its just under half hour long but, considerng I've only just downloaded it and not yet listened to it, I couldn't tell you if he talks about any of his other projects

Well, in the picture they used, he's on Serenity right next the Dr's room on the stairs that don't go anywhere. That's real nice.

Just listened to it... only a passing reference to Serenity Comics :(

But it's always wonderful to hear Joss speak so sincerely about the worlds he's helped create...

It was a good listen. I wish Joss had been in the room rather than on the phone, but the guy's busy so I understand.

Now I'm more excited for when Astonishhing X-Men comes back. The new arc sounds rather interesting, from what Joss revealed anyway. I read House of M and it's good to know that it didn't effect Joss' writing, or, at least I'm glad that he decided to ignore it. It's also good to hear that he's ahead in his scripts. Nothing motivates like the threat of watching a bad movie three times in a row. I wonder which movie Joss' wife is threatening him with? Alien Resurrection?

I thought the exact same thing when I heard it - that surely would be punishment knowing how he feels about it. But then again, why would his wife make him watch it? Maybe it was a "Chick flick"

Anyway, back to the X Men - I can't wait for his next run, even though I didn't like the "Danger" arc as much, it had its moments
