I got in my local comic book store in Belfast last week, it should be in other comic book shops around the UK.

Well, the thing is... I don't actually live in the UK. I just want to order it from Amazon.co.uk and they still list it as "not yet published".

at the manchester shinding yesterday we tried buying it at forbidden planet and also trvalling man comic shop. a couple of us managed to buy it but there were no more copies for the rest of us and we'd told it had sold out.
i hope they oirder some more, ive had bad experiences with forbiden planet who only order a few copies of something in if they dont expect it to sell that well and then dont order much more back in stock. i guess its the internet for me then

I just got confirmation that my copy is on its way...and I had COMPLETELY forgetten I'd even ordered it. So, publishing for USA must have happened while I wasn't watching. I'm surprised Amazon UK hasn't provided a date, though. They're usually right on top of these things.
