Aussie DVD with extras

Okay, let's see...

(in order from least to most extras as far as I know)

- initial USA release
- UK release (= standard European release) (=standard Australian release)
- European Special 2 disc edition
- Australian Special 2 disc edition with tinbox etc.

In the case of Italy the "best" one should be the "European 2 disc special edition" (if you don't need that shiny lunchbox )

I tend for the Australian Special Edition, would like to grab the one with that shiny slipcase with the Serenity logo...
And shipping to Italy is usually very quick!
The special 2 disc edition in Europe is only for Germany right?

I don't know. I tried to look it up at Amazon Italy - but there is no Amazon Italy (I don't know what other online shops you have over there)

No, there's no Amazon Italy.
The DVD will be released here on Feb. 22 and I've read in an article posted on an Italian Firefly Forum that our extras are the same as the UK DVD.
I highly doubt we'll get a 2 disc release later.
Serenity, sad to say, stayed in movie theaters only one week here. It was screened only in multiplex out of town (I live in Milano and the city is big and filled with movie theaters!None showed it!!!)
The Italian dubbing of the movie was awful, so for sure it's my interest to grab a V. O. edition.
I'll probably go for the Australian one.

Wonder how long it'll take to get here?
