1. Mal. He's just plain sexy, not to mention funny, and fiercely loyal to his crew.
2. Wash. Sweet, hilarious, and cute in his own way.
3. Jayne. I'm not usually into muscle-bound guys, but as others have mentioned you get exactly what you see with him. It's refreshing in a way.
4. Simon. Pretty boy--not my type. Although he is a fantastic e-nun-ci-a-tor. 
5. Book. Reminds me of my uncle (my great uncle).

Seriously. Mal's cute and all, but too tortured. Simon...well, he has River. Wash? Naw. He's like that funny friend from high school that would be like dating a brother. And Book, for all that he once was, is now a preacher. That's a big NO in my book.
No pun intended.
And besides, Jayne is just...JAYNE. Sex and muscle and attitude and snark. And guns, of course. Gotta love a guy whose most prized possession is a really big customized gun named Vera.

Wash-most likely would laugh myself silly the whole time, but only if Zoe were out of the way.
Not really a Simon girl. Too uptight.

Nathan all the way. Seems like a really nice, funny type of guy. The type I really like. Oh, if only I was 10 years younger, but I'm single. Does that count?
Alan seems to be a lot like Wash(I think).
Adam, I've heard he's married so he's out of the running.
Sean, seems OK but still not my type of guy.

Wash is cute and has a way with words, and pilots are always sexy, but Zoe would kill me. Simon is too repressed for it to be any good. And Jayne, sad to say it, just plain isn't my type.
