O.K. Seriously, that just sounds nasty! I mean, really, it's just disturbing! Like drinking pudding! If anyone actually tries this, please tell us how you survived it!

Hey, I used to chug CarBombs for my friends' entertainment. After a half-pint of Guinness, a shot of Irish whiskey, and a shot of Irish Cream all gulped down in one mighty swig, Mudder's Milk don't sound half bad.
Mind you...it's been a while since that wacky CarBomb fun....
I might just have to try this sometime. If nothing else, I ought to practice my Cantonese so I can curse like Wash after I spit it out violently.

I believe sounding nasty is the point.....however I'm crazy enough to try it using the root beer version.
Wash: Yeah, but psychic? That sounds like science fiction.
Zoe: You live on a spaceship, dear.

Why would anyone defile a fine pint of Guiness just to pretend they're drinking mudders milk? Seriously, if you're going to be authentic, don't start w/ a GREAT pint, only to add a bunch of ingredients to make it look and taste nasty.
( brought to you by the concerned drinkers of Guiness
)
**p.s.** For those who have tried the RootBeer version, y'all are brave indeed. But what would be the point, if mudders milk didn't give ya a serious buzz? Just wonderin'.

Ok! for those faint of heart purple bellies, here is another way to try it:
Leave out the muesli and egg and you have Guinness Punch! Tastes like Christmas-great for a guiness theme party. Yes, Guinness is without exception in its pure form; but you can still have fun with it. guiness float anyone?

The line he uses is Je shr shuh muh lan dong zhi.
which means what is this garbage. Its also really fun to say, and i have been able to use it in real life. Just thought youd like to know.
No power in the 'verse can stop me.

Hey, thanks! I will SO spout that along with the Mudder's Milk!
Errr...I mean, after I politely swallow the Mudder's Milk....
Wouldn't want to waste the Guinness, ya know.

When Jayne describes Mudder's Milk he mentions "and 15% alcohol". As good as Guinness is, I don't believe it has that level of alchohol. I like the idea of using musli (what would be the equiv here in the states?) but I'd definitely try to find a high strength cheap vodka or straight grain alcohol to make it a closer match to the real thing.
BTW, in a previous thread, someone jokingly mentioned taking essentially the leftovers from Thanksgiving and/or Christmas, blending it with a the appropriate amount of alcohol. Didn't sound too appetizing so didn't try it (besides, the turkey bones would've been a bit troublesome to say the least
).
Hmmm, gotta tinker with this recipe myself...
