I gotta say, this troll section is the best idea!
I can't believe more of the forums I visit don't have a page like this.

Of course, I wouldn't have believed that such a simple idea could work until just a minute ago. Trolls actually come here, to this sequestered area, and rant like people are listening to them. Proves me wrong.

What's even more unbelievable is that browncoats are reading these rants and taking them seriously; presenting the same defenses as I've seen other fans do, and complaining about the trolling. It's called "troll country"! What did you expect?

Anyway, this seems like the perfect place to start a flame war. Anyone wanna go?

do you mind if i agree with you instead? I'll admit that i find it difficult at times to hold back the verbal thrashing threatening to come out, but why waste the effort, especially when that's what trolls are after.

O brave new world that has such people in it.

I check the troll country because I think it's hi-larious. I didn't realize people still respond seriously to these threads. I thought the threads just got transferred here AFTER a bunch of people responded. Perhaps some segment of the population has a Don Quixote complex in response to trolls.

Jayne: I once hit a guy in the neck from 500 yards with a bent scope. Don't that count upstairs?
Book: Oh, it'll be taken into consideration.
Jayne: You made that sound kind of ominous.

Windmills!

You could be right about that transferring thing. Didn't think of that. Still, when will people learn to just let trolls' threads drop off the boards instead of responding?

Personally, I like it when people hijack the thread and have a meaningful discussion in spite of the troll!

Main reason is boredom. Someone long ago in an old thread mentioned when nights are slow they like to come here, poke a troll with a stick and watch it dance. It's fun. Though there are many who take it serious enough to get offended.

But now with new people coming in everyday there isn't much time to get bored. I do miss seeing the original posters, where have they gone?

If I'm a bitch, then life just got interesting
