More Serenity/Firefly comics?

Was reading a quick interview with Joss about the next run of Astonishing and he mentions that he was "getting back into the Buffy comics, and to a lesser extent the Serenity comics, but its a matter of time".
I'm assuming he means that he is considering writing a Buffy comic/mini-series perhaps, and possibly overseeing something for Serenity - wonder if Dark Horse would consider a mini-series, and if the interest warranted, an ongoing?

Actually, Dark Horse and Joss Whedon will be coming out with a Serenity comic book series this spring or summer. There was an article about it about a month ago.
I don't think everything has been ironed out with how it's going to work but since Whedon is big in the comic book world now and the Serenity mini-series was a huge success then I can only think that it will definitely happen in the near future though I think it won't be until about Fall or Winter of 2006 that we will see fruit from this tree.

Hopefully itll be an ongoing series. It's not the same, but it's something.
