I also like SH. Was quite frustrated when the Space Chanel keep teling the second season was starting in the fall of 2002.
It is now the Summer of 2003 and I just saw the first show of the second season. While I am glad it is back. While it is good it is no FF. I hope they don't delay like that again when it comes to the 3rd season.
Will keep an eye out for the Browncoat written episode. I am sure it will be good.
Glad to see others like as well.

They still make that show? I was worried it was canceled too.

I'm gonna give this show a try, I've heard lots of good things about the writing, and that the good writing, actors, plots make up for the low-budget look of the show (CG, sets).
Good writing is the most important thing, but
the look of the show is what draws in the viewer.
However, I have heard the characters are similar to Firefly characters (Mal, Zoe, Kaylee).
Do you, as a writer, think its odd that some of us sad Firefly fans are turning to this show as a replacement for Firefly, and everyone will be comparing the two? I know that I decided to try watching this when I heard it was similar to Firefly.
