Ah, I see. Whereabouts in the Capital District do you hail from? I'm finding it hard to find Browncoats around here. There are a few but not as many as it seems other places have.

Underestimating demand seems to be par for the course with all things Serenity related. Hopefully all the people who miss it will buy it instead or rent it later when it's back in.

I was afraid of something:
A person who rents the movie pays again and again to watch it, a person who buys the movie pays one time, and one time only.

Think about what we've been hearing, people who see the movie buy the movie, if Serenity really is as good as we all say rentals aren't going to be good, at all.

On the other hand we are also hearing that the rental places are constantly out.

This means that there is non-browncoats willing to see this movie. This is the market Joss wanted to get at. This can prove very very helpful in the long run.
