For months I've been eagerly awaiting today's release of "Alien Nation". Imagine my horror when I read a review on Amazon that claimed the discs were "flippers" (i.e. double-sided, with only two eps per side - when does that ever get fun?).

Last night I used TVShowsOnDVD's contact form to ask about this (never believe anything you read on Amazon), and this morning got this response:

After FOX's slaughter of the "Space: Above And Beyond" DVDs, I had decided I'd never buy flippers again.
I hate FOX.

I hear ya. I had to return my Space: Above and Beyond set because one of the discs had air bubbles in it.
