I found a program called AccuTrans 3D V2.9.12 that converted it to 3DS (7megs) and XSI (34megs)

I do not know how accurate the conversion is.

HTH

Anyone who can't afford one of the Pro Apps (Lightwave, Maya, etc.) can get Blender v2.4 for free. It can import Lightwave models. Get it from http://www.blender.org/cms/Home.2.0.html
The latest version of the script(included) that does the importing does not import the anim settings.
Now anyone can render their own Serenity.
