I'm a lurker who finally decided to sign up too. I wound up renting the series shortly after the film came out (for some gorram reason, it never made it to my town) and I was so hooked it's ridiculous. I've spread the word to as many folks as possible, converted a dozen or so, and am currently the connection for the comics (only one impatient enough to order individual issues instead of waiting on the collection) and am eagerly awaiting my RPG book.
Life's just better when you're a browncoat. Everything's just so, well, shiny.

You know it really really amazes me... how the new recruits keep straggling in...(happily!)
I mean HOW can ANYONE DOUBT the future of the 'verse when the original browncoats held on for 3 years and more ppl are coming in every single day!!!
