Freelancer: Firefly!

I just wanted to get this into a thread because some people may want this but aren't looking into the Privateer thread... There is a mod for Freelancer that you can fly Serenity! goto http://www.lancersreactor.com/t/Download/Download.asp?ID=2017 and download all the stuff that the instructions tell you to and unfortunatly for some, you have to uninstall all of Freelancer and make a fresh install of it for it to work optimumly. This DL is pretty shiny I loaded it on X-mas eve when I got FL and started playing. Serenity can be bought at Pittsburg for $5000 and for the sake of the game it has 3 chin mounts for guns and 5 turret mounts for the fightin' Now I am NOT the creator of this mod I just wanted to share the find! Any questions put them up as I had a few operator errors when I tried to get it to work.

what?
I think people have been distracted because of the holidays, and the DVD coming out, and particularly w/Universal shutting down it's board....

but this seems interesting to me;
I do wonder about the gun mounts (what gun mounts?)
and 'Max Weapons Class 10'
I thought Serenity was a Firefly Transport without any weapons capability at all
(except during the movie when for a short time they attached a single gun to the top...).

Thanks, I play freelancer and this is great. Don't give a care about having to reload the game never got through much of it anyway. Thanks again your my big damn hero.

Its not a full Firefly verse. It's just a mod for the game so you can fly the ship around in the Freelancer verse so you need a few guns (cause there are times when you can't just run. I tried)The guy who made the mod is tring to find people that know how to code and texture 3D models though. He told me he wants to make an actual Firefly verse using the freelacer game engine. So anyone who can do these things give him an e-mail! His e-mail is somewhere on the download page.
