Had a really good Christmas. Parents hosted so there's still a goodly proportion of turkey around, plus my mother makes excellent soups from the remains of the bird.
Anyone snaffle a really good present this year? Or even give one?

My sweetie got me a GPS with auto maps for all of North America and Puerto Rico. It even talks. "In one point two miles turn right, then keep left." I'm hopeless trying to find new places in a car.

I hate this working between xmas and new year - what kinda break is that!!
xmas was quiet just me and the folks...but new year should be good...spent in Swindon then Milton Keynes!!

Hello lovely randomites! How I've missed you these last few days!
No turkey for me, thanks. But I'll eat the leftover green bean casserole and all the pie. Mmmmm.
Oh, my big gift this year? Well, I got my BDDVD, thank goodness!! And, the thing I most wanted, a digital camera. I got the very exact one I wanted, which made me extremely happy and now I've gone camera crazy, taking pictures of everything and then deleting the crappy ones. It's great.
Anyone got any ideas of where to go for a free online photo album? I refuse to pay for it and I want somewhere to stick all my loverly pictures once I figure out how to get them OFF my camera.
